needed a decent boot for carrying weight on rugged terrain. They helped me out. Very knowledgeable staff and ended up going up with a pair on Han Wags. I wore them daily outdoors for about 2 months straight and found that the sole started to come off a bit. 100% not the stores fault but they sorted it out and got them repaired at a Han Wag repair center pretty quick...have worn the same pair for about the last year on various outdoor activities and never had a problem. I wont buy boots anywhere else..this location or St Albert.

Thank you guys! We bought a pair of hanwags (boots) for my husband. They let us bring our dog in the store (nice rule), they supplied hand sanitizer and masks if we needed and also due to street traffic in the area - had the door locked and let people in as needed. Felt safe and great service. Then - lost a part off my watch. We looked everywhere- then later they called to say they found it!! :) Top Notch.
These folks are real pros. Extremely high service level. One on one uninterrupted interaction with the sales associate. If they're out of stock, they take your name and they call you as soon as the item comes in. I wish more stores did that.
They have cross country skiis and boots available at the moment, very few places in Edmonton have any stock. Staff here are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Great spot to shop for those of us not sure what we are looking for.
Great place to go for ski gear! Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. You feel that you are talking to someone with experience whenever you go into the store, not just people who have read a brochure about a product or someone paid to promote a product. Big difference from going to big box stores.
