Went to get my truck fixed due to an oil leak. Started burning oil again a week later. Brought it to them again it is now fixed but they will not refund me my money back for the vacuum pump assy, valve cover gasket and the labour work for doing the car repair wrong the first time. I now go to a different trail tire. Anything else beyond this locations scope of work I go to st.Albert auto care. Great mechanic that knows his stuff . Does great work at a fair price.

Great customer service, and their recent renovations are nice! I change out my tires here seasonally, and wait for my vehicle to be ready. They have tables and wifi, which makes it easy to work while you wait. They’ve also got some cozy chairs, a giant TV, and complimentary water and coffee.

I went to Trail Tire to have my Front UJoints done on my 2005 Jeep TJ. Prior to doing any work they did a quick inspection of my Drive Train and discovered a crack in my front driveshaft. Mitch, one of the Service Managers, was able to quickly source another driveshaft at a good price and scheduled me back in for the next day. The work was done quickly and at a good price. The staff were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Trail Tire to those who need Auto maintenance.

Excellent, prompt service. Got a fair price on tires, appointment was on time, tires were put on last minute and ready to go in under an hour. I called at 830 am for a same day appointment so that I could drive to BC in a snowstorm the following day. My vehicle was ready to go by 3 pm

Update: Nov- 2018 brought in my SUV for tire change over, and an engine issue. Graham and his team installed a new water pump and belts. My vehicle is feeling like new again. Thanks! Got sweet new wheels and tires on my car, summer package. Graham and his crew suggested bronze rims, I love the look. My teenagers even said that I’m looking more cool
