Can't comment on service because it's to early in the season. They kept saying they would send the email for payment I waited and waited, called back multiple times and left messages and no one called me back. Waited another 2 weeks then finally gave up. It's obvious this company doesn't want your business because it shouldn't be this hard to pay for services!! Its to late now I've found another company who have provided excellent customer service and have been booked and paid for.

I have been with TruGreen lawn care for few years now and have been happy with the quality of their service & my lawn free of weed and staying green. However, something changed in 2020. May be they started using different product or hired different contractors. The service could not be worse! My grass has turned yellow & seem to be dying. A lot of slugs in the backyard (1000's). I called TruGreen to complain about the issue and they sent a non-experienced staff to weed spray who entered the property by pushing too hard on the fence gate & broke the gate-latch. He didn't spray the fertilizer or provide any advice on reviving dead grass. I called TruGreen again and learnt that staff has only worked for 2 months with them, so didn't know about grasses. They agreed to send their senior technician to analyse the grass, who came the next day. This technician didn't have any advice either. He said maybe TruGreen sprayed too much chemical or could be anything. He accepted the grass is dead and does look in really poor condition. I paid more than 200 to TruGreen for \TruYELLOW\ grass this year. I'm very disappointed in the service and quality of work this year & will be discontinuing services from TruGreen moving forward. I just wanted to share photos and my experience, so that people who care about their lawns and spend for professional lawn care, can make better decisions and choose a company who can actually provide the Quality they promise. I used Trugreen for 2 years but stopped using them when they would not stop harassing me about continuing their service. They would constantly call me about their service. Very unprofessional. Lots of better companies out there.
I love looking at my lawn since using TruGreen service. The care and attention that I got from this company was amazing and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this to everyone. Also, I heard about their mosquito defense system this year and tried it and WOW, its amazing! I can tell the GM trains his employees to be professional and do the very best work!
I get a call to confirm that my lawn has been raked before my first application is scheduled in Spring. I get an automated call subsequently, advising me of the scheduled fertilizer application date which helps me to make sure that the lawn is ready for the fertilizer application. The fertilizer is applied professionally. I have had a weed-free lawn for the past few years. My Grandchildren play on the lawn the very next day without any issues. This year with frequent rains the lawn has stayed green with a few mushrooms, All I had to do was to cut the grass and enjoy the yard. I am very happy with the service provided by TruGreen.
