WORST 2way radio company ever! I had crap garbage service from Laura. She stopped answering my calls and emails. She didn't get my order right and radios weren't programmed right. She responded to me days later and took no accountability for what happened. I then spoke with a woman named Cathy who said she was the manager and she was a horrible Rude person to speak too! She started talking to me aggressively and was YELLING at me! Who does that to a customer? On top of that a month later I was billed for the mess they created after I was promised a discount!! They refused to credit me back and I will NOT be paying them anything!! People be warned!! Take your business elsewhere. I got a better deal and service from west can for future purchases
