Got the screen replaced on my iPhone and two weeks later it started freezing and the mouth piece stopped working. I noticed one of the two screws missing at the bottom of my phone. it took over 4 weeks and 4 visits to have it fixed. I was told if I continue experiencing problems that I should restore my phone to factory settings and if that doesn't work I should bring it back so they can take a fifth look at it. At this point I'm better off just buying a new phone.

Great service! Went to get the screen for my phone fixed, their screens were defective, a bad batch, but the guy went to another shop and got one, and had it fixed within 18 hours. Did I mention it was on a long weekend? Would use again and recommend.

Helpful customer service, fast turn-around, competitive rates and good quality parts. Screen replacement on a Google Nexus 5. Slightly over an hour turn-around time, nice screen protector installed afterwards which gives the screen some depth and a perfect picture. No signs of replacement and they even cleaned the outside casing of the phone so it looks brand new. Cost was 5 more than competitors (quoted on phone) but they were closer to home and I like to shop local. Nice clean, organised store with helpful staff. Super happy with my three year old 'new' Nexus. Will use again in the future.

Had a cracked iphone 5c screen, they are able to repair it in about 15-30minutes if they have the part. The price quoted was what I payed but the only thing is if you change the color from the original and want the home button to match the color of the new screen they charge an extra 10 bucks, aside from that no complaints
