Yesterday was the worst day a pet owner can face. I want to give my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Thompson, Brad and the other vet techs (I'm sorry I didn't get your names) on duty last night. Your compassion and care for my Ginny as well well as for us humans went above and beyond. You helped ease my beautiful girl out of this world with dignity and grace and we are forever grateful for your respect and kindness on such a difficult day. Thank you ️

Always a scary moment when your dog isn't doing well, especially at 4 am and having to take her to a different vet that you don't really know. Anyone I talked to at this clinic was caring and answered any concerns I had. :) very happy and glad we have someone we can trust with our fur baby's . Thank you

Awful experience with these crooked doctors. They overcharged for useless testing and offered no solutions for my puppy's issue. My puppy was having difficulty breathing because he got into a roll of paper towel, so I made the mistake of bringing him here. They did an \assessment\ and all they could figure out was that he had an increased respiratory rate. They did x-rays and said his lungs look fine, however, he had a bowel restriction. They told me to monitor his breathing (still unclear why he was wheezing) and they discharged him. Early the next morning, his breathing got way worse and his lunges started gurgling. So I took him to another vet where they did proper procedures. They immediately became worried and made his breathing their priority. They suspected he may have been electrocuted by chewing on an extension cord and gave him an IV with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications. The puppy is doing much better now he's received professional treatment from other competent doctors. In conclusion, Guardian Vet is a scam and an enormous waste of money for futile testing. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone with a beloved pet.

I will never go Guardian again. My dog was very ill and I was only given the option of a very expensive treatment. Our family had to decide to euthanize our beloved family member because we could not afford the procedure. When I relayed this to the vet, he backpedalled and offered a simple treatment plan that was only a few hundred dollars instead of thousands. We went through the emotional trauma of having to decide to put our dog down because they didn’t offer a less expensive, less invasive treatment option.

I have nothing but great things to say about our visit tonight. My puppy thought it was a good idea to chew on an extension cord. To be safe, we called and made the trip to the EMERG Vet. They checked her out, ultrasound and all and gave her a clean bill of health....but didn't bill me. During these tough financial times, I cannot thank them enough for putting my mind at ease, taking care of my puppy while not making the mighty dollar a top priority. Grateful and much appreciated. Merry Christmas
