I went to Visions in north east Edmonton to get some speakers installed in my car. the tech, Jeff, who installed my speakers, was awesome. he called me to update me on the situation while doing the install. and when i came to pick my car up he gave me a demo on what he did. and explained what he did. it was awesome. everything turned out perfect. And you could tell Jeff was really enjoying his job, and helping customers the best he can, very impressed with his work and professional work. as well as his friendliness and attitude. well done Jeff!

My experience was a disappointment.. I was quoted for the purchase and install of a car stereo. When I came in to pay, Gary wanted to add 70 to the quote , saying the person quoting should have added it. He didn't end up adding it. The install was not done as I was told it would be . The cable comes out of the glove box. I was not told having the cables hidden is extra. Even lose, for android auto would have been better (I guess),but coming through the glove box? To have it done properly i was told it would cost another 130. After some talking with Kara, it cost me another 80 instead. Still not right, but if I wanted to use the glove again i had to pay. They acted like its not a problem. This was not my mistake and in no way should ustomer have to pay more after the fact, for a proper installation. Kara, the car audio manager should have had this completed at no additional cost. The dismissive attitude of Gary during our 2nd chat, before install was the cherry on top. They talk about customer satisfaction guaranteed. That was a pretty bad experience and nobody is concerned. I won't be back , which is a shame because the stereo looks good and seems to work fine after the repair. Be careful with your quotes and be sure to ask if your equipment will be installed 100%, before you pay. In response to the manager. You want me to contact you? I've seen the form online to do so. Why not call me? This is not customer service at it's best.
My son and I came to Visions to look for Video Camcorders. We were helped by polite and knowledgeable staff member named Mousum Dhar. Even though Visions didn't have the product we required, Mo was still happy to discuss and give us info (more help than any other store we have been to) on devices that would best suit my sons requirements as a aspiring filmmaker. I will definitely be back and recommend him to freinds and family in the future! P.S. we had purchased our large home T.V. here a number of years ago and it still works great.
Mark is a blast to deal with. Very knowledgeable and always happy to work out a no hassle deal. Have purchased all of my electronics from him and will definitely keep going back!
I will have to say visions electronics in Clearview, Edmonton, Alberta is one of my favorite stores. The Store Manager Garry Burgardt and his staff go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I have outfitted my whole house with purchases from this store. With the extensive knowledge of their products, prices that can't be beat and professionalism, it is pretty hard to find this type of service anywhere else. If I ever need anything all I have to do is go to the store or call and they are willing to help. The sales staff is not high pressure sales like you have come to know in many other retail stores but instead they try to tailor your needs with products that would best suit the requirements of the task at hand. I cannot begin to say how thankful I am to the Clearview store.The extended warranty plans are awesome as I had a couple products break down and they were seamlessly picked up and warranty work done to them in short time. I would highly recommend this store for anyone living in the Edmonton area. I live on the west side and I travel all the way East to the Clearview store because of the professional and courteous service. Sometimes you have to go where you feel your appreciated and that's how I feel when I go to this store. Keep up the good work guys!!!
Had the best service I have had. The sales guy was able to find me way better deals and I am walking out a much happier man. They were able to sell me a demo at a great deal. Explained the warranty and wow I am impressed.
I would like to say Thank you to the employee of Visions because they took care of me very time I go there. They were fast, Kind, efficient, and very helpful. I would recommend them to any one. They have the best prices on every product that I have been looking for, that is why I keep going back to them. Thank you Visions on !37 Ave, & 42 St. Edmonton.
Stood in here for 30 minutes no help. Passed by multiple employees with only one other customer in store. I was very annoyed that they helped the guy that came in after me first and then proceeded to ignore me for half an hour. I had to call in and the manager Gary helped me. Gary was awesome and in 10 minutes I bought my tv and mount. Gary gets 5 stars but the other employee's get 0. So, if you are a woman shopping here be prepared to be ignored or go elsewhere
