Bought my first car, had no clue what i wanted. All i knew was my budget and that i wanted a reliable sedan. Was lucky enough to be assisted by this wonderful salesman Norbert. He took his time to guide us through finding a car with many features that would fit our budget. He was with us throughout the whole process from looking for a new car to having a new gorgeous sedan. Norbert was patient throughout the whole process. He took us out for a test drive and showed every feature of the car. I would not expect to have owned a car that would have many features for my budget. I couldn’t help but buy it right away. I had many frustrations with buying a new car, but he was with us all the way.

Purchased my first new car from this location in 2016. 2016 veloster rally edition. I really enjoyed this car during my ownership. It was great on gas, fun to drive and nice to look at. I really think Hyundai overall as a brand has done a phenomenal job with their products and features. I had a fairly good overall experience with this dealership. Thank you everybody who helped sell me the car I wanted and provided me with good service down the road. Levi Nelson and Ocean we're excellent during the sales process. The service department was also fairly excellent throughout my experience. Thank you. however, I would like to add some constructive criticism as my experience wasn't 100% flawless. Although every one of my issues was rectified I felt like I needed to really almost be aggressive to get things done. The stereo in my car would shut off intermittently for almost a year before it was replaced. I noticed the problem one week after getting the vehicle. I would have hoped an issue like this could have been rectified sooner. There was also some confusion as to the wheel and tire protection that I purchased. I was told by the finance person at the time and it was clearly written on the contract the wheels and tires had curb protection coverage. I was told by the service manager and the employees that the coverage I had did not include curb protection. I had to phone the third party supplier in order to get that information. Not a big deal but just try to be on top of things and forward with your customers. I was well aware of the 24k service that needed to be performed to maintain warranty because i asked pre purchase and was given an honest answer, I was happy to pay for that service although I think lubing the brake assembly is not necessary at 24k, or ever really. Bit of a cash grab in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Honest sales team and pretty good service overall.
Excellent service! We were torn between 2 vehicles Hyundai and another maker. While we liked the look of the other vehicle better, the Hyundai had better features, and beyond that much better service. The pricing was transparent, the sales process felt honest and we felt like there was no hidden agenda. This is the second time we have bought from West End Hyundai and our 4th Hyundai vehicle. We originally set out to change makers, but ended up continuing our loyalty to Hyundai. In the end, it was a very easy choice to make.
Bought my new Palisade at West Ed Hyundai. It was truly the best car shopping and buying experience I've ever had. Kennedy and Brian were extremely accommodating, honest and transparent and easy to deal with. I got exactly what I wanted and couldn't be happier with my experience and with my new Palisade!!
Had an amazing experience with West Edmonton Hyundai. We went to another Hyundai and was treated pretty poorly and they wasted our time. Kennedy was so amazing and nice. Start to finish was a great experience. All the staff was great and they all help out eachother. All questions were answered.
