I had an appointment here to meet with Lance to view a 2017 Buick Envision Premium I. We made plans for between 3:30-4:00. We showed up a little early to check the place out first, around 3:15 we checked in with the front desk staff. She paged him to the front and told us to have a seat. The waiting area was pleasant and the couches were comfortable. The dealership seemed to have a lot of staff walking about, there were a few different vehicles that caught my eye just driving in, and the show room had plenty of nice vehicles to look at. We ended up waiting until about 3:45 and we decided it wasn’t worth the wait at this point. We got up and left. I’m not sure if it was some kind of bizarre sales tactic, a miscommunication, or something else. After having waited forty five minutes it simply felt disrespectful of our time. Lance did reach out to me afterward via text message, I guess he had no idea I was even there. I don’t know what to say. I have since gone elsewhere to purchase a vehicle, not all dealerships are bad. Buick and GMC will always be my favourite make of vehicle, there are quite a few GM dealers.

Western GMC is the best. From the day i bought my vehicle back in July everyone was amazing from start to finish. And today I brought it in for a service. I just want to point out a lady at the service desk in the shop, Renee, deserves a shout out. I got in the line of 6 vehicles at 7:00, slight panic honestly since i had to work at 7:30. She came out to my vehicle and told me to leave my keys on her desk and go get the shuttle cause she knew I had to get to work. I appreciate that gesture so much! Thank you :)
