Hi there, We are not very experienced renters, but can definitely say that we were happy to deal with Westlawn Village. We loved our clean and cozy apartment with new appliances and plastic windows. The territory was always clean regardless season or weather which means people do a great job. Very convenient location – close to a bus stop, however, you can hardly hear any noise. There are small shops and big stores in walking distance. We are especially grateful to our manager Thomas – enthusiastic and very competent person who knows and loves his job. Poor management! Laundry rooms are always dirty, and washers and dryers usually don't work. Manager usually is not available.
It's more than 2 years that I'm living in this property. Very quiet, Clean, and also nice neighbours.BUT the factor that makes it an awesome place to live with your family in addition to mentioned ones, is property MANAGER. Mr. Thomas Rosario. So kind, helpful, and also hard working. I want to thank him on behalf of my family and all neighbours because of his attention to details of his duties and his thoughtful and very kind character. Dear Thomas people like you make the world a better place to live. Thank you so much.
I would like to share my experience. I was getting a work transfer from Red Deer. Since I worked Monday to Friday it was hard for me look at any apartment as most property managers work only Monday to Friday. Thomas was always exceptional he offered to say back till 8PM on a Friday to show me the apartment. When we showed up, he was limping as he injured his legs. Still he showed us the apartment and did all the paperwork. The day we moved in he made sure the apartment is super clean. Thomas takes every request very seriously, we had a small maintenance request once and he got things done very fast. The lobby and corridors are always clean. It is very peaceful atmosphere always here at this apartment. Also to mention the yard is beautiful especially during summer time. A big thanks for making this a good experience for us, Thomas you are phenomenal.
Westlawn Village is by far the best place I've lived in Edmonton. The property manager, Thomas, is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied at Westlawn Village. The walkways are always kept clear of snow, the hallways are kept clear of dirt and debris, and the yard is beautifully maintained in the spring and summer. In addition, the renovated suites are beautiful. I always recommend Westlawn Village to friends and will continue to do so. In my experience, you will not find such beautiful suites and great management anywhere else in Edmonton!
