I work at an automotive parts distribution center as a receptionist where i talk to everyone at this business Mon to Fri. I must say i enjoy talking to every single one of the people who work there, even the drivers who pick up parts from us are awesome people. It's always a pleasure to communicate with this company. They definitely stand out compared to all other businesses whom i contact on a regular basis. Everyone is so respectful, i really appreciate that. It really says a lot about the owner. Wow, if you are searching for honest and trustworthy parts shop then look no further! Also great and fair prices! I would like to share my story on here as I was thoroughly impressed with the experience here. 6 months ago i purchased parts from here for a full brake job. Recently I felt some shaking from my rotors. I called Jim and had a discussion , and he remained polite and professional the whole time explaining the warranty process to me even though at times I didn't deserve his patience and kindness. He could tell I was a bit upset and told me to take the car to his mechanic for him to determine whether it is worthy to cover the rotors under warranty. I headed to this shop with the intention that I am going to be arguing my case to not only Jim but his mechanic now. I was surprised to arrive there and meet the kindest mechanic Marco from Aria auto. He told me that Jim dropped off an even better grade rotor and said just makde the customer happy and he installed them under warranty. What a stand up Guy! thanks Jim! Great to see honest and trustworthy people still out here. As advised look no further for a parts place for life! Thanks again Wholesale Auto Parts for stepping up!
I literally stumbled across this business. I was impressed with the service they provided on the phone. I told them what I needed, their response, \We will get them ready for you.\ I went to pick up my parts, they had got my parts ready and I hadn't provided them with any monies at the time of my call. Service was very courteous and professional. The price of the parts I needed was much better than NAPA, Cdn Tire or any other big store. Thank you and I recommend your company to others looking for great prices auto parts.

Every single experience with Wholesale Auto Parts has been stellar. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and kind, Josh and Jordan are some of the best in the business.
