The staff is exceedingly kind and patient and it is evident they care about the residents. Whenever I have a question or concern there is always someone who helps me. It is a smaller building which lends to a tight knit environment.

My mom is resident here and I don't have a words to describe how good ,nice ,and caring the staff are. I am so grateful that my mother was accepted into this wonderfull home, I highly recommend this home if you want to have peace of mind for your elderly.Thank you!!

My mom moved in to Wildrose approximately a year ago. It was a stressful time for our family as we transitioned mom to a home that offered a higher level of care. We were shown the room mom is now in, we were given a tour of the building and just feel in love with the place and staff. Mom is so happy here, she loves her room, she always says she's home now. During this difficult time with Covid-19 and not being able to come into the building, the staff have gone above and beyond to come up with other options to visit our mom, like the outdoor visits 6' apart. As well as offering activities for the residents to keep them active and happy. I can't express enough how amazing the staff at Wildrose is; the front desk, the nurses, the dining room staff, maintance and cleaning staff are the most caring and respectful people I've met. I would highly recommend Chartwell Wildrose to any family looking for a place for their parents/loved ones.

My mom recently moved in to Wildrose. We shopped around at other seniors places before we chose Wildrose . The reason we moved her here was pretty simple. It is a small home without the usual bells and whistles but we all felt welcome the moment we walked in. Every staff said hello to us. We didn’t have an appointment but we were invited to join in for lunch. We did. The food was simple but wholesome and tasty. No preprepared meals in sight. The server in the dining room couldn’t have been better if she worked in a 5 star hotel. Best of all there were so many choices. My mom ate everything and she hasn’t had an appetite for a long time. After lunch we spent about 2 hours with the manager. She answered all our questions and explained things to us. She didn’t rush us or pressure us. We were so confused after visiting the other places we thought we would never find a new home for my mom. The manager listened to my mom instead of talking to me. At the other places no one said a word to my mom. This place was different. It felt like the manager cared. We went home and called back to say we wanted my mom to be at Wildrose. The exceptional treatment continued and they all made my mom welcome and made me feel like I could stop worrying. My moms care staff are “caring”. The leisure activities are plenty and fun. My mom is doing yoga now for the first time in her life. I love yoga and hope to join in for a class with my mom. We remain very pleased and greatful my mom is at Wildrose. Thankyou to everyone who helps my mom.

Horrible experience. Staff discussed their personal life in front of me while I waited for someone to show me around. I finally left without anyone helping me. Management walked right by. Residents looked very unhappy. Not a bright or cheerful environment.
