I always go to this branch and I've always had a fantastic experience with them... I had 2 rock chips... I went online and I chanced upon the online appointment system... it was sooo easy to use and you can choose the available time... after setting it up, I received a phone call to confirm the time I set up... it was great... I got there today and the staff, as always, were so friendly... amazing people you guys have in your North Edmonton branch!!!

This is the spot you need to be at when it comes to windshields. Cracks, chips, windhsield replacements etc. Make sure to add the nano coating fir 30. A greta addition. Will save you lots of time of cleaning. TRACIE is amazing at what she does. Fantastic customer service to be honest. I found my one and only spot for windshield issues.

TINY GLASS SHARDS!!! The repair/replacement and service from the receptionists was good. The booking (online) and repairs were done efficiently. No problems with the actual windshield. Except I found tiny shards of glass all over my dash and control panel. There was also some dirt smudges. Car was serviced late and I leave to and from work in the dark, so I didn't notice these tiny glass shards until my day off and with it being sunny out. So I've been driving for quite a few days with tiny shards of glass everywhere!!! My vehicle was one of the last to be worked on that night and I understand everyone wanting to leave but the vehicle should've been cleaned up from glass and dirt. Update: Found more glass in the back car seat. Requested the car be vacuumed professionally. Eventually had to contact HO to resolve the issue. The GM was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure my car was clean and safe again. This whole ordeal did take some time to get resolved but it was. If it wasnt for the professionalism demonstrated by the GM I wouldve kept the rating at 1 star because their customer service personnel I initially contacted wasnt.
