I lived there for a bit. The outside but inside look doesnt work in winter its just too cold. Had my vehicle windows broken and they did nothing and ive heard they still haven't. When you leave they will ensure you dont get all the deposit back

I Like it.. From the minute u leave the side walk through the mail. Entrance u are brought into a higher level of comfortable living. The inside but still outside design gives a surreal feeling as if u were tricked asleep and things aren't as they seem. The residences themselves are where the whimsical adventure stops however they seemed to have put the fore thought of the architects salary in the corridors because as any resident will gladly tell u the Suites themselves are but a -Glorified Hotel Room.

There is a serious car thief who operates out of the parkade. Multiple b/e on cars in parking lot.

Positives: 2 GENEROUS Stars for the great location, walking distance to many amenities, and the beautiful South facing view of the central Edmonton skyline. NEGATIVES: 0 Stars for a very poorly built building: The elevator almost always NEVER works, it especially breaks down in the coldest temperatures - and it takes them forever to fix it, there's no stairs that connect directly from the underground parkade to the building which sucks when the elevator is broken and the snow/ice isn't cleared - which also makes for a slippery adventure in the dark because there are no outdoor lights, the water takes almost 20mins to heat, no garbage shoots - and the 'garbage building' isn't fenced in either so it's sometimes unsafe to bring out trash after dark, the parkade has been broken into several times during the years of my residency in the building, and if you're in a South facing condo, the noise from the gasoline trucks, and food transportation trucks in the back of the Safeway parking lot can keep you up, or wake you up very early in the morning, and, furthermore the neighborhood has bad odor which sometimes made it difficult to enjoy summers on the balcony.
