Buyer beware! They peddle "refurbished" hard drives which they deem in acceptable condition (without actually testing them), when in fact a lot of these drives show obvious signs of being in pre-failure (multiple head knock noises on boot, extremely high power-on hours...). I realize these are used, but still, there's a difference between acceptably used and being near death! It wouldn't be so bad if they honored their return policy (WHICH THEY DIDN'T!) and the drives didn't cost over half as much as a new one. I guess it was silly of me to expect better customer treatment, given that I'd bought over 400 of stuff from them over the past year. Lesson learned! My advice? Forget Resnet. Spend a little bit extra and get new stuff from newegg or amazon.
