I bought a cheapo PC, but revamped for 280. I started to have problems with it. RAM not talking too much to each other let alone to the PC. Then the video card the machine had in it when I bought it stuffed up. This is in 4 months. I haven't finished, don't run away just yet! After paying almost 800 for the PC I was at the end of my wit BUT!!!! Let me say this! When the problems started the team were more than helpful. One of their technicians, Noa and the front man Patrick made it all so possible to have faith that when things don't work out, they will help, at any level. From service to customer relations. Great guys and thanks again team at Kippa-Ring.

Poor customer services by the team at this store. I had requested to have around 10 years of data backed up however when accessing the data months later it was found that only around 5-10% of the data was on my hard drive. I paid a further 149 to attempt to resolve the issue with no success. I attempted to resolve the dispute in a professional manner and have my money refunded as the job was not conducted as per my request however was told it was unfortunate that the data had not been retrieved from the server. The data was available on the server and was not downloaded as requested. Complaint lodged with consumer affairs for a full refund and to resolve the issue.

I purchased a set of logitec speakers, and was overcharged. Not at all happy. I had reason to go back to Ed's and they remembered me and gave me a huge discount on my purchase. Thank you for being so honest
