HORRIBLE WEBSITE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My test was canceled, the website crashed. I was put on hold for an hour. Trying to re-register took almost TWO HOURS due to technical glitches. CLUMSY Covid procedures, lack of communication between ProctorU and ETS. To have to pay 150 per test navigate a stone-age website is a slap in the face. I hope this company crashes and burns. I want my time and money back.

Do not recommend. Revenue is important, but being greedy is not the way for a giant company with multi-million revenue yearly. First, I was convinced to change my exam from the one in the test center to Special Home Edition and they claimed \it's the same\. Now, AU and NZ don't accept it, but nobody cares.

I cannot recall when I have ever experienced such poor product and service. 3 times an online test was cancelled and started, 3 times their system crashed and the test could not be completed. No explanation, no apology, only unprofessionalism.

There are two things that explain it all: money and monopoly. They never have enough, and because students have no choice they are forced to pay and repay...
