Dr Dorf is an exceptional person. He came in to perform surgery on a Sunday after my injury on Saturday, and worked out the best plan to get me back to work and play as soon as possible. His bedside manner is calm, direct and confident, without being oversure. He presented options and allowed my input. He did not push but made his recommendation. Finally he performed a complex hand surgery well and I have had minimal pain post op, without taking pain medication. I was able to work, minimally limited, the next day and start playing within a week. I can not recommend highly him enough.
