Fitted a new boiler for free replacing our 15 year old boiler as part of a government scheme. It took most of the day and didn't cost us a penny. The radiators also have smart thermostats so you can target the rooms you spend more time in. Efficient service and the engineer explained how it worked well. He wore a mask while doing the explaining. Very good service

The team was professional and respectful whilst working in my mother in laws (Madge Scholes)house under the current covid situation, They where clean and efficient in there workmanship, Can't fault them.

The survey went fine, and the actually boiler installation seemed to go ok. Although a day after the installation there was an issue and a leak from the boiler through my ceiling, because they had left a bag with parts in in one of the pipes causing a blockage. Was assured that their aim the first day would be to get us set up with heating and hot water. I have a young child and was left overnight with nothing (in January). Luckily when I contacted Effective Homes one helpful lady did arrange for me to go and pick up some electric heaters to use. Most annoyingly, four weeks on and I am still waiting for all the waste items left on my drive to be collected. I was told this would be done within a week of the work. I have contacted Effective Homes 6 times to ask but with no response. I have now requested to make a complaint, but once again, no response.

New boiler from initial enquiry through to installation service was fantastic communication was excellent and the house is so safe cozy and warm I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I would most definitely use them again in the future Theres a lot of companies out there and I did my homework but this company did not disappoint at all
