I must say that the service that was performed was very good. The issue I was having with not getting a call back was their answering service that was not doing their job. Jamie was super and was was Dustin... I would definetly recommend this company( which I have) . The office personnel was also very good.. Thank you for assisting me and my family with the issues with our heating system.

Jamie, the technician, went out of his way to get an unusual part we needed immediately. His office staff called first thing the morning of the appointment to give me an estimated time of arrival. Thereafter, he called when he was half hour away. This professionalism is so appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and the price was reasonable. I purchased a mini split from Jeff's HVAC and I gotta tell you if you want the best product on the market installed by the most awesome people in the area,(Nick and Andre) well call Jeff's not to mention the 12 year warranty and zero interest financing its a no brainer should have done this years ago. I had a very tricky ductless AC / Heat Pump installed in a stone house build in 1902. Flawless, creative and clean work. They're coming back to upgrade the main system in a few months. What could be a better recommendation than that?

Best HVAC company my family and I have dealt with! I recently had a new Ductless Heating and A/C unit installed in my house and it has worked flawless since Day 1! The price was great for the unit and installation, and the customer service is the best. My parents have a 12-13 year old Ductless unit installed by Jeff's HVAC and it still running as good as it did on Day 1 thanks to Jeff and his staff! We have and will be long time customers for sure!
We have had an excellent experience with Jeff and his team. We got four estimates for adding central A/C to our 80's house we recently purchased. It's a somewhat challenging arrangement, and each company offered a different plan of action. All were close in price, and we liked Jeff's solution the best. Ted, Jamie and the rest of the team were here on time and worked quickly. The work is very well done and looks professional. They listened to our concerns and worked to make sure we were happy. They cleaned up and made sure the house was in good order after the installation. We are using Jeff's HVAC for maintaining our oil furnace for winter as well as planning to work more in the future for additional services. We are very pleased with everything so far. Thank you.
We had our old central air system replaced with a new a/c and heat pump. The install was quick and professional. When Brittany and Gary and Ted left the house was clean and neat. Lisa did all paperwork for rebates for us and made a packet with all our necessary information in it. The service from Jeff was fantastic.We are very happy with Jeff’s HVAC.
