I was looking for really good memory foam dog beds and was shocked to see the prices for an xxl bed each for Havoc and Lily. I went online and saw EXACTLY what I wanted, made to the size I needed for half the price. Don't think that half the price means less quality, it simply isn't the case. Our SA Mastiff puppy Lily needs really good support for her bones as she grows so I went for a really thick extra firm foam and she loves it! Price was great, quality fantastic and the customer service was prompt helpful and friendly. Delivered within a couple of days of ordering,I wish all companies were as good!

I just want to say how impressed I am with your fast and friendly service. Your video on how to measure cushions for replacement foam was really easy to follow. The finished product has breathed new life into my 40-year-old chesterfield. I hadn't actually realised how bad it had become until seeing the old and new cushions side by side. Much cheaper than a new sofa!

At times you come across the bad guys on the Internet, but rest assured, eFoam are the GOOD guys. During these difficult Covid19 times, we had expected our order to maybe take a little longer, but not at all. All good here, will always recommend eFoam.

Ordered 2 pieces of rectangular cut to size to fit in a box. Arrived pretty close to size but look like they had been cut by someone with Parkinsons so when in the box it looked ridiculous. I contacted efoam who said this was due to the flex on the foam (I'm not buying this as the foam was pretty firm) and they work on a tolerance of 10/20mm and as my cut foam was still within the tolerance they wouldn't do anything, this is not written anywhere before purchasing and I find this a massive tolerance especially when you're ordering made to measure.

I ordered 65x84 inches of foam from efoam. 55x74 inches arrived; a shortage of 20 inches. They were very surprised when I informed them, and asked for a photo of a measuring tape up to the foam, to illustrate the shortage. They interestingly asked for this, after I informed them that the foam had been cut. However, unbeknownst to efoam, I had instructed my boat builders to take photos of the foam before they cut it, before I had ever discussed the problem with efoam. Presumably, they assumed I wouldn't have photos, and when I furnished them, they fabricated a comical pearl of wisdom; that the foam had shrunk over 20 inches from being folded up, even though the foam had retained its correct height of 4 inches. After complaining, I had no choice but to order more foam from them to finish the job. After the second shipment of foam arrived, the builders did exactly what had been done with the last shipment, but the correct measurements were sent this time. Coincidence? You decide. Either way, my boat builders told me there's a reason they don't deal with efoam, and that's one of them. The other two reasons are because their foam is of mediocre quality, and the customer service staff get instantly defensive and evasive when there's a problem. I was advised to deal with a reputable firm in future, and we have now obviously changed our supplier. Lesson learned.
