Covid really hit my business hard! Eftpos Now, in particular Louise Harris, helped me get my business through a stressful time. Always personable, helpful and supportive. I originally enquired with EFTPOS Now to order some EFTPOS paper, even though I was not a customer of theirs. I submitted an enquiry form on their website and received a personal phone call from the lovely Paula the following morning to discuss my options. Paula was absolutely fantastic to deal with and encouraged me to speak with my current EFTPOS provider to see if they could do me a better deal. Paula was so genuine, I knew she truly wanted to help me as getting a sale out of me was the least of her worries - she preferred to ask me a bunch of questions and ensure I was going to be getting the best deal, even if that meant I bought the paper elsewhere. I was so blown away by the customer service I had received from Paula, I actually enquired about swapping providers so I could benefit from being a customer of the lovely team at EFTPOS Now. I was then put on to another wonderful lady called Julia, who was nothing but professional, friendly, polite, patient and all round fantastic to deal with. Swapping providers was so seamless, and the new EFTPOS terminals were on my desk within 48 hours. Not to mention the fees EFTPOS Now charge and the price of their consumables are significantly better than what I was receiving with my previous provider. I could honestly sing their praises all day long! I am so thrilled to be on board with EFTPOS Now as I know I am going to be a valued and well looked after client.

Have to say that its such a shock to deal with a company, especially at Christmas, who give consistently good service, are not a rip off, speak english, don't put you on hold and actually treat you like a real person. This is a really professional operation. Don't usually do reviews but wanted to say thanks so much. You make my life so easy with my Christmas Tree selling.
