Found a donor through this site. Apparently this donor was thoroughly vetted by them. Donor cancelled 3 telemedicine appointments which was charged by clinic to me. Agency charged me for her psychological evaluation which apparently cleared her. Psycologist charged me 500 for clearing a lying donor who did not want to donate.Agency not willing to refund me complete amount even though it was their mistake. This company is a total ripoff trying to make money of people who want to be parents. On top of it they also charged me for escrow for keeping my money in their pocket. LYING/ CHEATING/ FRAUDULENT COMPANY. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, They are always trying to rip you off. On top of this they asked me to write a letter to donor thanking her for agreeing for this and giving a donor gift. What a hypocrite company.
