Pine Creek Structures creates and sells amazing buildings. We wanted a 2 car garage and no one could accommodate our wishes (no floor and a row of windows in the back for potted plants) then we came to Chris in Egg Harbor City. He went above and beyond to get us the building we wanted, even helping us figure out the permits for the city. This company has a motto \If you dream it we build it\ and their motto stands true. We got the building we wanted and didn't have to settle.
Two separate occasions this year and last year left voicemail/website request and text about buying a shed. No response to any of my communications. I understand if a company is busy but damn eventually they should try to return correspondence.
As others have mentioned, salesmen are impossible to find! Went there every day, several times a day, called every day, no one around, no one answered. Emailed corporate, they said that theyd correct it and call me back, they never called either. Emailed them back, and they never responded. If this is for a sale, just imagine what you'll deal with for service. Very unprofessional.
Stay away. The building was damaged and so was the concrete foundation at delivery. Pine creek is refusing liability for the damages they caused which far exceed 6,000. They use 3rd party delivery services that do not carry insurance. Pine creek refuses to fix the damaged concrete and refuses to fix the damaged building. Stay away. Very big scam. Suit is pending.
