We are terribly horrified to hear the story of the above stated review. We also had no issue handing her the old parts from the vehicle. Upon arrival she insisted that \Only\ the steering box needed adjusting and a wheel alignment. Upon inspection we noticed the idler arm loose and also advised the customer that in most circumstances Steering boxes on vehicles are not meant to be adjusted and her steering box had more then likely been damaged. We also advised the customer that due to the fact she had 37 Inch tall off road tires on her vehicle that it could be a possibility that the were in fact \ To large\ for stock suspension components to handle for everyday use let alone hard off road driving. We have been in business for 40 years family owned and operated. Any business can not and will not sustain any duration of time by cheating individuals out of their hard earned money. We are terribly sorry the above stated individual has had a poor experience with her \ Lifted Vehicle\. We hope that we had been given a opportunity to remedy her situation before poor untrue reviews were posted and wish her the best in her future endeavors. We would also like to thank our loyal customer base we have worked hard to keep happy and continue to serve.
