Car service is timely, cars are clean and well-appointed, and drivers are polite and knowledgeable; however, it's often difficult to get someone to pick up the phone in order to book a ride. The phone just rings and rings and rings. I've never had this problem with any other car service in the USA, Canada, or Europe. I love these guys, but I can't count on being able to book a ride in advance by phone! And this has happened on a few occasions. Unfortunately, I had to book a different company today.

I love the Egham Cars services. Our family always uses them for London Heathrow Airport trips, and they are so friendly and reliable. Better price than others as well.
We have used this service numerous times from our home to Great Fosters Hotel,London Heathrow Airport, Windsor Park and more. We have two young children, so having a car pick us up, load the luggage, unload at the airport is a HUGE help. They are always on time-in fact they usually arrive early, and we depart exactly on time. Great service all the way around.
