WOULDNT EVEN GIVE 1 STAR. Wheelchair frame snapped apart and is unusable, not what you expect when you spend over 4000 on a chair. Contacted Mobility for you, sent photos as requested, promised a call back. Over a month has passed and all emails, messages and phonecalls are ignored. Terrible service, avoid.
