Hands down the best GP practise I’ve been part off I. 43 years. All the doctors listen, question and are thorough. They never take a chance on my health and they always respond to my needs! Fantastic surgery!

This website is useless and not easy to use and you cannot get through to anyone by telephone either.They give you another number to call which again is useless. I just want to speak to someone about my mother and make an appointment that's all but they don't do that anymore. You have to be a computer expert or you will just stay sick.
As always excellent service. My daughter had serious heart surgery last year and the care and attention from the doctors since has been fabulous. Sure it can be difficult to get through to - love this new system where you just send an email. I would never switch to another surgery. Been going twenty plus years - three kids etc.
Appointments could be more efficient for the elderly
I've always had really good care from the GPs at this surgery. However, the new website system they've launched during COVID-19 is terrible; really difficult to navigate and often fails. It's not user friendly at all and I do worry about how more vulnerable patients access their services now as the surgery phone often rings with no response.
