Be careful with this bank. Been banking through them for over a decade, never had so many issues until now. Now, they will rob you blind. I heard Regions is good. I'm going to try them. Hopefully they wont rob me like this bank did. God awful experience.

They held our tax return for a few days. Tried to wire it to our new bank and we have been waiting over a week. All they keep saying is you will have to wait 24 to 48 hours. We have been more than patient and still nothing. Just want to close the account.

I used to love this bank but I’m beginning to hate it. Some people here are great to deal with and others not so much. At the moment, I’ve been getting mixed messages about a loan that supposed to be processing through this bank. They blame the dealership and the dealership blames them. Meanwhile I’m stuck in the middle. Next time, I’ll use my other credit union because it’s pretty deplorable at this point.

Been banking with this credit union for years. My money was stolen from my account and instead of just crediting my account I now have to wait 2 weeks for an investigation. I guess I should just tell my bills that are due they’ll have to wait 2 weeks. Zero loyalty from this place. Take your business elsewhere
