Small boots but good staff
26th Oct I booked a Flu jab for 5pm, 18th November. 16th and 17th Nov, they text and emailed to confirm. Then 4 hours before appointment, I get a new email thanking me for amending my appointment to the 19th! I phoned and they said they could no longer do it on the 18th despite being booked in for over 3 weeks. They wanted to try on the 19th, a day I would not even be in Cumbria!. They offered another date a week late, at this rate winter will be over. I told them not to bother and 'Walked-Into another Chemist and had it done instantly. I would never use Boots again, terrible service.
Very helpful knowledgable staff. Quick turn around of prescriptions and good advice from the pharmacist
pleasant staff always a bonus.
