Wow they are super un professional super ratched if u need insurance run away from this place they have terrible service. I really hope the owner see this and does something to better his employees incredible just wow

Hello, I will make a comment about the service of this insurance company . This company Equino & associates are the worst agents ever to find car insurance for their customers. I went today because they told me that my two cars were not coverage after 4 moths we have been paying. The agent that assisted me was Yoani Rivera and her manager Marilyn L. Perez she told me that it wasn’t her fault that our cars were not included in the policy . They didn’t take responsibility for what they did . I wouldn’t recommend this company insurance to anyone because they are the worst insurance company.

Terrible customer service. The employees treat paying cistomers as equal a d they do not respect them. No return calls, pit on hold, hanged up the calls too. EXTREMELY RUDE. Owner Marilyn not even apologize, she just wants to get the money. Get another agent, they are not the cheaper on town. Very unprofessional!
