Hotel Meow gave exceptional service to my kitten Peanut. He made new friends and was excited to be among the other cats. Jany and Mr Dukes made sure he was comfortable and was given food when he needed as well as send you videos of your pet occasionally. Very pet friendly environment and makes you feel safe for leaving your precious baby behind. Highly recommended

They took such good care of my baby and even sent me a video for the short period she was there and still messaged me to follow up how she was doing. I will definitely be leaving her here again. Highly recommended

Hotel Meow is one of the best catteries that I know and trust. I left my cat and kitten for two months. They (hotel meow staff members) shared images and videos of my cats playing for my peace of mind. The staff was friendly and very supportive. I am recommending them to whomever requiring pet care. I will use them again.
Service offered is always done with a smile. Our Cats were well looked after and pictures were sent regularly even without request. I would most definitely bring my cats to Hotel Meow again. Hotel Meow looked after our cats with much love and care. Generally our cats come back from kitty hotels very afraid, but we were pleased too see them returning happy. I recieved daily updates and pictures. Thank you for a job very well done. As pet owners it's important too all of us that our cats are well taken care of whilst we away.
