Super Professional team! We went to the shop in Eimeldingen and Rheinfelden and are very satisfied! Our bikes are awesome and the service is amazing. I had the chance to try some of the bikes and accessories at this shop. It was a day the shop was closed, but the owner came and opened it up as I was on a short business trip in the region. The equipment offered is simply outstanding, and the expertise excellent. There is such a focus on quality. Well done!
So rude, I was there with my friend to buy a 6000 bike. Nothing to do, just ordering and taking the money. The salesman was so arrogant and unkind that we left and bought it in an other shop. Good job seller, you made your boss loosing money and 2 customers.

Kompetente emtb Beratung. Probefahrt war spontan möglich. Unsere Zusatzwünsche bezüglich Licht&Ständer und Anhänger/-adapter wurden nach unseren Wünschen umgesetzt. Es wurde sogar telefonisch in einer anderen Filiale bezüglich technischer Details nachgefragt. Alle Abmachungen wurden eingehalten, alles transparent und die Preise sind der Gegenleistung entsprechend im Rahmen, wenn auch natürlich die emtbs von Haibike sicherlich nicht zu den günstigsten gehören. Wer Qualität will, muss halt auch bereit sein, etwas dafür zu bezahlen (siehe z.B. Vergleich specialized / KTM / Moustache etc.pp). Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle auch an den Verkäufer bzw. Verkaufsleiter :-) Wir können und werden Ekone in Eimeldingen gerne guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. 1a
