I liked the customer friendliness at the store. All my queries were answered in a patient manner. I liked the idea of booking an appointment to enter the store with each appointment lasting one hour. This provided me ample time to test the bikes, ask my questions, and finally narrow down on the bike model to buy.

The mechanics — in particular Christel & Eric — are experienced and down-to-earth, and they have always been transparent with me when discussing repairs and maintenance. The sales team is straightforward without being pushy, and their recommendations are helpful and realistic. (And most relevant as of late, they are proactive and serious about warranty claims.) It's great having top-tier Trek support here in Eindhoven.

In November 2020 een procaliber 9.7 gekocht. Na enige twijfel me toch laten verleiden tot carbon MTB. Tot op heden geen spijt van gehad, nieuwe dimensie van fietsen voor mij. Daarnaast geweldige service van Trek Eindoven, waarbij de bloemen (Christel bedankt!) en kerstkaart niet ontbraken.
