Pretty great! You van follow the yellow trail and then turn right at the lake for a longer hike, which I did. The gorge itself is pretty awesome, and there is more blueberries than you can count. What's not to love?

The reason I gave this place a 5 star rating is almost only for the experience it self. The cliff walls where so high and it was quite cold in the lower areas, which was nice because of the burning heat outside.

Excellent place for tracking with family and friends. Car park is free here and there are plenty of space to park the car. The treck area has sharp stones, so you have to be cautious when you treck. The place is really cool and fresh. The entire treck area is about 2 KM. But it will definitely seem like more. The berries are so fresh and they are found in abundance.

Beautiful nature with a lot of climbing up and down rocky slopes. So much fun! I went with my family and my kids are 6 and 3 years old. They managed it fine with a little help for the younger one.

Beautifull place to hike and unwind. You can hike an easy route or a more difficult, there are also other hiking paths that connect so you can make a long day hike if you feel like it

This has to be one of the greatest hikes in Småland, at least for families (our nearly four year old managed it with a bit of help on the sometimes large, loose and slippery rocks). I recommend taking the anticlockwise route going through the gorge first and then going over the summit and back to the car park. There is a grill place at the summit - would be a fine place to have dinner and watch the sunset. Look out for the visitors' book in the gorge!

Wonderful place to be, great nature and a long way with big stones which looks as a canyon. If you are visiting Eksjö, take a trip to Skurugatan and you will really enjoy it. It's just 8 km from the city and it's worthy to take youself there! I was there many times during summer, it's really great to go that way between huge stones and the temperature really cool and at the end you'll reach the goal to come to the point to see the view where you have the chance also to barbecue with your family or just sitting and enjoying the view. High recommended!
