Brooke Simonetti, of Keller-Williams Realty provided my husband and I with the quintessential experience of selling our home of almost thirty years. When we first decided to sell our home, we were in the dark in terms of selling protocol as things have changed dramatically over the last thirty years. The very next morning we got word from another Keller- Williams realtor that he had a potential buyer for our home. With Brooke's consistent attention and diligence, our house was sold that week before even getting on the market! Not only that but Brooke and Keller-Williams were with us 1000% during the entire process.
