I feel so bad for giving this store another chance but I did because I thought this place can't be that bad. However, it is that bad. I was looking for boxing gloves for my children. Only the manager on duty knew what I was talking about. He didn't bring me but just pointed me at a direction. Customer service 101: you bring your customer to the location. When I stood in front of the products, I asked for assistance. A sales person came. Great attitude but she had no clue of the products. When I asked for gloves, she actually looking at the packaging and guessed what might work. Good grief... should have gone to Big Five across the street.
Good customer service. Found good price on youth snow gear. Snow boots, snow pants, two pair of snow gloves under 100. Nothing fancy but will more than do.
Nice selection, friendly and helpful staff. Appear to be taking good precautions regarding covid safety. Easily navigated thru the store, made purchase and was out in less than 15min.

Parking was difficult in the Plaza lot (Saturday around 2pm). Store was not very busy. We were in and out in about 15 minutes.
Great store with most every sport need you may have. Fair prices and good sales. They also support local leagues and youth sports.
