Thank you to Doug Steiner and his team! My husband & I were notified of our insurance renewals for our truck insurance and condo homeowners insurance. Humm, a bit over the top, so we decided to check with State Farm. My husband and I were able to save over a 1000.00 annually by making these changes. Their office (Cassidy and Doug) was great in getting the quotes to us and all the details finalized with new payments, new insurance cards and documents within a matter of hours. Customer service here has always been above par. Unfortunately my finances have had me searching for lower cost coverage options. Recently I applied for the California Low Cost Auto insurance program, and discovered that the Doug Steiner agency is a licensed provider. Having had coverage through this agency in the past, I felt much more comfortable going to them than having the Low Cost program assign some random agent to contact me. The office location is also very convenient to my residence. A five minute phone call to the State Farm office had my completed quote ready to go, all I needed to do then was stop by at a time convenient to me to sign the paperwork and put down the deposit for the new coverage to take effect.
