The people at this store are just amazing! I received excellent and supportive service even though they knew I was not going to be able to buy from them. But he still took the time to chat with me and give me some suggestions. I will be back to them again for sure!

Beautiful store. Really good covid procedures in place including needing an appointment to do business with the store. I have an old sewing machine that needs repair. They spent quite a while looking for the needed gear. They couldn't find it but will continue looking.
Ordered a repair part and they helped ensure it was the right part. Called when it arrived. Great service!
They tell you that the sewing machines or embroidery are on brothers are not that great they have other machines that they swear by which they did not know what they're talking about are better

The woman that was sitting in the back counter when you open the store door was rude and unwelcoming. I walked around for a mere 2 minutes and walked back out. Guess I'll do all my sewing shopping on Amazon or at Walmart... #workontheattitude
