Thank you to Global for being positive, efficient, professional, and competitive. They replaced our old furnace and ducts and also were affordable enough to allow us to add A/C, something we've needed for about 10 years now. They were able to get everything done in 2 days and we have been impressed with our new HVAC system. This is my first review through Google so that should tell you something right there.

No Power to My HVAC Great Service is NOT simple making the customers trouble go away or solving the issue. Great Service is finding ACTUAL cause to the TROUBLE, resolving that issue as well as the original trouble the customer was concerned about. When my wife and I made our appointment to have GLOBAL HEATING AC send their technician to evaluate and service our HVAC we expected the normal service we all have come to expect. Adam Arrive he was professional, polite, and friendly. He asked me to explain the situation and anything I had attempted to resolve the issue prior to his arrival, I explained that I had changed a thermostat, but had to replace the existing wire. Adam evaluated the HVAC and initially found a 2.5 glass fuse was blown. He also noticed that the circuit board might have an issue. He cleared several breakers that prevent the signals from igniting the furnace, though that made everything work…. He explained that my HVAC was a “TWO-STAGE” system and the people who originally setup the system were “INCORRECT” in the way the wired the original “Switch-thermostat” was not made for MY TYPE OF SYSTEM. He was able to rewire the HVAC using the seven-wire thermostat cable I had on hand to the new thermostat I had recently purchase. His effort brought to light the fact that the poor installation had created an improper functioning of the HVAC that caused stress on the circuit board and the second stage to even work. Today the furnace works perfectly. The full credit goes to Adam for his in depth skill and dedication to the customer and task-at-hand. My wife and I would also thank Global Heating for having Adam available at such a crucial time before the holidays. I do apologize for submitting this so late. Trusting any company is important. That trust recently got betrayed by Global Heating and air. Needed two parts replaced in my forced air heater unit. Actual cost of parts was under 130.00. There billing was 600.00. The job took under 45 min. I have been a builder in San Diego for 45 years and was deeply disappointed in seeing these excessive markups for the sake of profit. When people come into your home, You have to trust what their saying to be honest and trust in what they do. Sad to see this type of behavior. "Could not recommend this company to my friends or other builders."

Sal’s evaluation of our heating/cooling needs was very concise that I did not feel as if he was trying to upsell us. He ably explained to us what would be involved with our requests for venting and zoning changes we wanted to make. He sent us a quote of 4 different systems we could choose and stuck to that quote through the whole process. Bassam and the installation team worked really hard and really fast and accommodated us our work from home Zoom conferences and room needs. Afterwards the city inspector kept saying, “Nice job” and “nice system” while checking the electrical and drainage.
