IAS Builders did an outstanding job! I had water damage due to a pipe leak in the upstairs bathroom. It was necessary to cut into my dining room ceiling to get to the pipe and fix the leak.Hugo and his crew did the restoration. They were very professional and easy to work with. They were clean, neat and always on time. They matched the paint, texture and crown molding perfectly. Gloria was my first contact with IAS and she was wonderful too, explaining the process and working with my insurance adjuster. I would recommend IAS, Hugo, Gloria and company to anyone!

Very professional, easy to work with, accommodating company. Luis did a great job with trying to piece things together. With COVID and delays and shortage of products. He helped find the best solutions. Very happy with result of the shower. Installers were very kind and respectful. Also Gloria Tovar was very helpful with all the questions and concerns that I had. Will go above and beyond to help and even taking my call after work hours. It’s greatly appreciated. Thank you
IAS Builders went above and beyond on the work that they did at my mother's home. Luis and Gloria were such great help and only made the process of the whole flooring renovation smoother. They were always in constant communication; we were never out of the loop and confused. This was my mother's first and hopefully only incident with water damage, which is why we didn't know what to expect, however, Luis and his team broke it down and explained the whole process and how it worked. Overall outstanding work, and we highly recommend them.

Always very responsive, courteous and patient. He negotiated tirelessly with the insurance to get them to cover as much as possible. His crew were always on time, professional and clean. I could not thank IAS builder enough. They we're so fast to get us an approval after we had a leak in our bathroom. Hugo was very professional and honest. Not only did he get us an approval in 24hrs from USAA but he also over delivered by getting the repairs completed 2 days earlier then expected. Roberto was so efficient and work very hard to get our vanity back to was it was. Everything was a smooth experience from scheduling with Gloria to getting the project done. Thank you Hugo for going out of your way for us. Highly recommended.
