Nannette called me the morning on the day of my appointment and asked if I could come in at 2:00 instead of my scheduled time. I rearranged my day and went at 2:00 - knocked on the door and no response. I walked around and knocked some more, no response - waited around for twenty-five minutes. Knocked again in case no one had heard earlier knocking. Nothing Finally left. She never called to explain - so that's my experience
