They spent more time finding my insurance and seeing what they can charge than the nurse spent with me. They also said I was going to see a specialist but I was only visited by a nurse. Nurse was too straightforward with the result but didn’t help me with my questions. I was hoping to leave happy with answers but I left more confused than ever. I use to think planned parenthood was helpful and genuine but now it seems they just want tax write offs and insurance. If that’s the case I rather go to my primary and spend a extra bucks. It least they go above and beyond for their customers questions and satisfaction.

This place is great! I've been coming here for about 4yrs now for birth control and the staff has been pretty professional, helpful and kind. I only had one poor experience with one of the staff members last year but overall I've had nothing but positive experiences. They do make you wait awhile in the waiting room and in the exam room. But once you meet with the doctor or nurse they get you in and out pretty quickly. And to all you ladies out there who went to this place for 'other' reasons besides birth control. Its not this Planned Parenthood location you are uncomfortable with. Its your conscience. Don't go to this location if you don't have a good reason to. And if your conscience is screaming at you for your poor decision choice. Don't go giving this place a bad review just because YOUR the one disgusted with yourself. Planned parenthood offers soo soooo many good resources for women.
