We have always taken our cars here, but I called last week for a rough estimate and was never called back. Very disappointing. Not sure where the woman came from, as we've never seen a woman there, but she wasn't very interested in providing a service. We waited all week, finally taking out vehicle to another auto service. Really sad when you lose someone you trust because someone doesn't care enough to return your call.

I dropped in here one day to have them help me with my check engine light. I'll tell you what, Bryan was the best of the best. He was happy to run over to my truck, pull the code, and told me how I could go about fixing it myself on the cheap. He was super cool the entire time; not a Mr know it all or anything. Just a super nice dude. Next time I need to actually get something done, I'm going to rancho auto because of this experience. Says alot about how these guys operate.
