Helpful employees. Store security personnel will wait for you outside by the door when you leave if you are a Black person. Watch you drive off then go back in afterwards. I work law enforcement I know what you are doing.

Nick, Ty and Jessica are wonderful staff members (they all work very hard). Jessica helped me this evening with printing and scanning, she is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. I was also at Staples last week. I used their high-tech water remover machine because I got water in my phone (for the second time - I used the machine about 8 months ago as well. Both times my phone was completely blacked out, could no longer light up.) The machine successfully removed the water from my phone both times! Amazing invention. Takes about 30 minutes to an hour. The service is guaranteed. If your phone doesn't come back to life, you get your money back. My recommendation is always get the phone to Staples as soon as possible to prevent water damage. I trust the effectiveness of their machine much more than putting my phone in rice - worth every penny. Thank you Staples, Rancho San Diego.

Order came in a day early during pandemic! Amazing service! Some attentive staff, saw me waiting at cash register as only 1 cashier was working and waiting for product to be brought to register. Staff approached me and asked if they could assist me. Brought my pickup quickly and I was on my way. Will visit again! Mahalo plenty. Thank you for showing you care.

Ty and Nick went above and beyond to help me find the mophie case I needed for work. Not only that but my iPad and IPhone’s screen protectors were installed flawlessly. They went above and beyond to help me with product knowledge. My wife’s project came out perfect due to the product recommendations they gave us. I do not mind driving 30 mins away for phenomenal customer service. Even if Office Depot is 2 blocks away we would of never received the same service.
