Best case scenario (for them), someone claiming to be affiliated with this business is making scam calls, trying to get personal info, and unfairly tarnishing their name. They stated multiple times when asked they were Sun Ray Solar, continued pressing me for PII, and wanted to forward my call to their billing department (despite it being an unsolicited call and having agreed to nothing). When I asked for additional contact information (their name and a callback phone number) they hung up. Either Sun Ray needs to 1) stop calling people, or 2) find out who's pretending to be them and make THEM stop calling people. So, THIS Sun Ray Solar is who got reported to the national Do Not Call registry since my number is in there.

Completely unprofessional service department. Contacted them in response to cold calls. Got a poorly written message claiming that they don't call anyone. Gave them evidence of the call. Received another message simply saying that they don't call anyone, this time in large font. RESPONSE TO RESPONSE: As you can obviously see, this company has now committed LIBEL AND SLANDER against me. I will, of course, be taking immediate legal action.
