Guy in paint was very helpful, he was bald with a beard I didn't catch his name. Lady working the checkout in the garden was so rude and shouting at everybody in line. Elderly couple in front of us were blocking like a foot of the 10 foot wide path but she was aggressively shouting at them and telling them to move back because they were blocking other people. Then proceeded to yell at the other 4 of us in line that there's a lot of traffic and we couldn't be blocking the path. Then she yelled at the same elderly couple when they tried to use self checkout because they didn't wait until they were called so she could clean it. Looked like a karen with her short hair. Would avoid checking out in the garden if she's there again, not worth the aggro

It is amazing that I can call home depot, be connected to a person and get an inventory check all under or around 5 minutes. Amazing. No other business, specially this big can do that. And they do it with ease. Getting help inside is also the same. At Lowe's I can't get through to anyone or get help inside the store easily. Last time I call them so I don't have to waste time driving if they don't have the item I was looking, I was on hold for such a long time that I actually decided to drive there. They finally answered by the time I stepped into the store. Even then they couldn't help me find what I was looking for.

As a handy woman Home Depot is very dear to my heart I fine all the best plumbing electrical and Woodworks so whenever I'm in the do-it-yourself mode Home Depot is my go-to store and if I ever have questions that my family can answer I can always depend on the Home Depot guys thanks Home Depot a lot of years of support

El Cajon, CA store always busy as usual. I went to the flooring department and arranged for an in house measure for engineered wood flooring. I had all the required sku's and the process was completed in 20 minutes. Measure set up for three days from now. I trust Home Depot to install the product correctly. My past experiences have been great! I deal with the same flooring representative each time I get a service or installed product. Her name is Geri, and she has over 15 years of experience at that Home Depot. She can answer my questions...I trust her!

I spent tens of thousand dollars at home Depot it's my second home, thisbranch is probably my favorite Branch I've ever been to, They have enough staff for you to get in and out quickly they always have a great assortments in the garden area and it's easy to run a high-rise window cleaning business with so many home depots around especially this one centered right in the middle of El cajon, And of course I absolutely appreciate their military discounts
