It is fun for the kids to feed the animals. Most animals seem happy and that they have a good place to live. The elephants I feel bad for everytime we go. They leave one on its own in the elephant area for viewing and the rest are in the gated area. Some are swaying back and forth with if you search on Google says it means that they are not well in captivity because they are social creatures who need to be together. I think they need to better this.

The drive through the animal park just kept going and going. You'd think it had to be over and it went on for another few miles. Emus are like rats and you need to keep them at range by throwing the 5 snapped carrots... Huge bag of carrots to range the beasties for better pics.

A lot of fun for the kids. Lovely animals and great that you get to feed them and get really up close. I found the whole thing slightly overpriced for what it offers, however it's a nice break from the city visits.
