The only (bad) thing is I am addicted to their carrot cake. It is SO good!!! I just love this place, its always a comfort to walk in and the staff are so nice!

I was disappointed that during this current November 2020 COVID surge that the El Cerrito Annex store is not following CDC guidelines and using one door as an exit and one as an entrance. The rear of the store is pretty crowded and few people are mindful of keeping a safe distance from each-other, which I know the store cannot control nor should they be expected to, but they could have made things safer for their employees and customers. I love shopping here, I usually do 1-2x a week, but will probably not return until after COVID. I hoped for more planning from the store’s managers.
