Good seafood, great prices, controlled confusion when it's busy. Really good staff, great service. Small place, the only problem is the location is straddling a corner with doors on both sides. Street vendors wander in and out, placing things for sale (or donation requests) on your table, musicians wander in and play a song, trying for tips, etc. I had a nice filete de pescado empanizado (with salad, rice and consomme), and no fewer than four attempts to sell me stuff in a 20 minute stretch. If good food and 'atmosphere' are what you're after, this place is a great choice. And no danger of the building falling down, as there are many girls leaning on its walls to hold them up...in the Zona.

l was walking around Tijuana with two friends last Friday night and found this seafood place. They have good shrimp tacos. This is a restaurant were you need to know Spanish or come with someone that will translate for you.
